Identity review

Two things we check, not one.

Connecting your Instagram or YouTube proves the account is yours. That is free on every plan, including Free, because an audience nobody can check is worth nothing to a brand.

Identity review is the separate check that you are who you say you are, and it is included with Basic and Elite. Passing it once is permanent: if your plan lapses you keep the review and lose only the badge, so coming back never means being checked again. Review does not guarantee approval. Identity review opening soon.

Fair discovery

Relevant creators come first.

Search considers services, availability, portfolio fit and ratings. Paid placements appear only when relevant and are always labelled Featured.

Project protection

Know what revisions are included.

Each project sets its included revision rounds before work begins. One round is one consolidated set of feedback. Fixes to missed requirements are included; a new concept, format or reshoot needs creator approval and a paid change order.

Delivery versions and revision rounds stay recorded in the project workspace.
